These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Breath Portal website and your booking or participation in any Breath Portal experience, including private sessions, corporate engagements, retreats, and events. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Breath Portal is an independent breathwork facilitation company offering professionally guided 9D Breathwork experiences for individuals, groups, businesses, retreats, and special events. We provide the environment, equipment, facilitation, and personalization required to deliver each session. Breath Portal is not affiliated with, and does not claim to be, a medical or mental health provider.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit or full payment. Pricing for private, corporate, retreat, and event experiences is provided at the time of inquiry and may vary based on group size, location, and customization. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, weather, or facilitator availability.
Breathwork involves intentional breathing techniques that can affect heart rate, blood pressure, and states of consciousness. Participants are responsible for reviewing our Health & Safety information and disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to participating. Breath Portal facilitators are not medical professionals, and nothing provided during a session constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants engage in each session voluntarily and at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breath Portal, its facilitators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a session or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Breath Portal website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Breath Portal name and branding — is the property of Breath Portal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Breath Portal experiences are guided using the official 9D Breathwork system and app, which is provided by a separate third party. Breath Portal provides the facilitation, equipment, environment, and human support for each session; the underlying 9D system and its associated trademarks remain the property of their respective owner.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or guardian where permitted. Breath Portal reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk to themselves, other participants, or facilitators, or who does not meet the eligibility guidelines outlined in our Health & Safety information.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Breath Portal operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
